Strand is an international company that sells IP video surveillance management software. Our platform is used to ensure greater safety and security for people, products and assets, to help manage environmental issues, and to optimize business processes. Strand software and other Strand products are distributed and sold through authorized distribution partners and resellers.

Strand does not directly handle the sales to end users. Proper use of the Strand IP surveillance software requires that the partners do not sell our solutions for abusive purposes, or in any way break existing laws.

Strand strives to obtain detailed customer information for every software license sold, and all licenses include clauses on proper ethical and legal use of the Strand software. Misuse of our software will result in the immediate deactivation of the license.
